Beginners Yang 24 Form-Session "A"

This session are for those people that desire assistance in the Yang 24 form.  It is not the intent to teach an individual the form (there are clsses offered through the GVR that can do that) but to give more personal attention such that one can comforably attend the Experienced sessions.
